1. Board-certified in neurosurgery, otolaryngology, radiation oncology, orthopedic surgery, or medical oncology.
Inclusion Criteria

The Doctor Directory is made available by the Chordoma Foundation as an informational resources for patients and caregivers. The Directory includes the names of physicians who have given their permission to be identified publicly and who meet inclusion criteria developed by the Chordoma Foundation’s Medical Advisory Board (MAB).

Please provide the following information in order to verify that you meet the inclusion criteria for the Directory (criteria noted in italics):


2. Fellowship in a relevant subspecialty (e.g., skull base surgery) or at least 5 years of subspecialty practice experience.


3. Has personally treated 10 or more chordoma patients in the past 5 years.
  • This does not include patients for whom consultation but no direct treatment  was provided or patients treated by partners.
  • Multiple procedures performed on a single patient only count as one patient.


4. Has a commitment to improving the treatment of chordoma as demonstrated by at least 1 of the following in the past 5 years:

As part of our mission to improve the lives of those affected by chordoma, we provide patients and caregivers with information and resources to help them address quality of life issues they experience during and after treatment. 
 
We are currently gathering information on doctors and specialists in supportive and ancillary care fields such as physical medicine and rehabilitation, ophthalmology, neurology, endocrinology, urology, counseling, etc.
