This research poster showcases the Chordoma Foundation's integrated platform for TBXT-targeted drug discovery and translational research. TBXT (brachyury) is the most selectively essential gene in chordoma and a compelling therapeutic target. To accelerate the development of new TBXT-targeted therapies, CF Labs established a comprehensive preclinical assay platform spanning biophysical, structural, cellular, and in vivo approaches. The poster highlights capabilities including recombinant protein production, SPR screening, X-ray crystallography, functional reporter assays, animal models, and emerging technologies for targeted protein degradation and peptide–MHC-directed immunotherapies. These resources are designed to support academic and industry collaborators developing diverse therapeutic modalities against TBXT.
