Patient Navigation Service
The Chordoma Foundation Patient Navigation Service is a free and confidential resource that serves the worldwide chordoma community by providing personalized information and support to anyone affected by chordoma, at any stage of their journey.
Our Patient Navigators can help answer your questions, provide information about treatment guidelines, help you find qualified doctors, and connect you with others in the chordoma community who have been through a similar journey.
We can also assist you with finding discounted lodging and travel options, understanding financial assistance programs, and supporting appeals to insurance companies.
