Peer Guide Training
The training, which is self-paced, is conducted entirely online, allowing participants to log in from wherever they are to access lessons, knowledge checks, and the final assessment.
Each lesson takes approximately 5-20 minutes to complete, with lesson content focusing on essential communication skills, developing empathy, learning how to appropriately share information, as well as other skills that will help you be successful as a Guide.
Training concludes with the completion of a mock phone call with a current Guide to demonstrate the skills that have been learned.
