About the conference hotel
All sessions and programming will take place at the newly renovated Boston Marriott Cambridge Hotel located at 50 Broadway, Cambridge, MA.
The Boston Marriott Cambridge is a modern high-rise hotel located approximately one mile from Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) and within a two-minute walk from the Kendall/MIT subway station (Red Line), making it accessible for patients receiving treatment at MGH.
An American restaurant (Champions) and a Starbucks coffee shop are located inside the hotel. Other amenities include an exercise room and a business center.
For your convenience, we have reserved a room block at the Marriott at a discounted rate of $259 per night (not including tax). The discounted rate is available on rooms booked for Wednesday, July 15, 2020, through Sunday, July 19, 2020.
The rooms at this rate are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and must be reserved before Tuesday, June 16, 2020. You can cancel your reservation with the Marriott up to 48 hours before your scheduled arrival.

If you want to reserve a room outside of the room block dates, you must call Marriott Central Reservations at (888) 236-2427 to ensure that you get the room block rate for the applicable nights.
The hotel offers valet parking and there is a public parking garage adjacent to the hotel. Park rates as of November 2019 are listed below. Please check with the Marriott for the most up-to-date pricing.

Garage adjacent to the hotel (Green Garage) (no in/out privileges):
$31 for 1–3 hours
$42 for 3–24 hours

Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) is approximately 30 minutes from the hotel in normal traffic. Attendees are responsible for booking their own airfare.
Travel to and from Logan Airport
Public transportation to and from the airport is available via the Silver Line bus and the Red Line subway. Buses leave the airport approximately every eight minutes.
The estimated cab/taxi fare is $30 (one way).
There is no shuttle service between the conference hotel and Logan Airport.
